Update - Boomi implemented corrective actions to resolve the performance issues related to the processing of tracked documents. We are seeing performance improve gradually as the hardware change takes effect. We are monitoring the situation to ensure that performance continues to improve.

Identified - Boomi has identified an isolated hardware limitation related to the degraded performance that you may be experiencing. Be assured that we have not lost any tracked documents.
