We are reaching out to make you aware of the recent updates we have made to the Boomi Statuspage (status.boomi.com).
We recently realigned our Statuspage service components to be in line with our global infrastructure. This should make it easier for you to find your components and services on status.boomi.com.
Action Required
Please follow these simple steps to verify that you are subscribed to the Boomi components you wish to receive updates for by June 6, 2025, as on this date, the legacy Boomi components will be archived and will no longer send notifications.
1. Navigate to the Boomi Statuspage (status.boomi.com).
2. Click on the “Subscribe to Updates” button in the top right corner of the page.
3. Follow the instructions to provide your email. If you have previously registered with that email or phone number, you will be sent a one-time password to authenticate. Enter that password to continue.
4. After authentication, select any/all of the components you would like to receive future notifications regarding outages, maintenance, or degradation.
5. Click “Save” to complete.
