The Boomi Cloud™ API Management service is now back in good health and the issue that caused degradation has been resolved. As of Oct 2nd 2024 at 14:42 UTC, all regional monitors indicated successful traffic.

Update
We have identified the root cause of the issue which is the invalid DNS Start Of Authority (SOA) and have put mitigation measures in place. We are closely monitoring the situation and see that the changes are taking effect and propagating through the system. The exact recovery time will vary with your DNS provider and how the cache is managed.

Few customers intermittently see the domain incorrectly resolving to 23.185.0.3 and downstream certificate issues. Some have reported intermittent connectivity errors for Mashery Admin Dashboard and Developer Portals. These will resolve as the DNS propagation continues through the subsystem.

Boomi Cloud API Management team will continue to monitor the traffic.

Investigating
The Boomi Cloud™ API Management platform is experiencing service degradation. Based on the available information, we believe that the following components are affected:

Mashery V2/V3 API
OAuth- Creation and Refresh of existing tokens
Mashery Admin Dashboard
Traffic

At this point we believe this is a DNS issue. Our team is investigating and we will provide updates on the Status page as soon as we have more information.
