On November 14th, 2018, the Atom Cloud (US) experienced an issue with the Atom Cloud’s Queue Management functionality. During this time, the Atom Queue management page did not load, and Atom Queue processes failed intermittently. There also was a delay in displaying the documents generated from the Atom Queue connector in process reporting. The issue began around 2:00 AM ET, and was resolved by 11:00 AM ET. We apologize for any inconvenience or interruptions that this incident may have caused.
